Once we receive your order, we’ll get started right away. The material will be cut to size and securely packaged.

Your order will be send by postNL and then transferred to your local postal company. We ship within 2 working days. Expect next-day delivery in the Netherlands, and up to 5 days elsewhere in Europe. For packages over 67 kg, delivery will be arranged on a pallet, and we’ll contact you to confirm the details.

Orders over €200,- are shipped for free within the Netherlands.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within three working days.

Shipping to Belgium takes an additional day. For Germany and other EU countries, delivery may take up to 5 days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and start at €9.50 within the Netherlands. The highest rate is €49.00 for pallet shipping.

For Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg, shipping costs start at €13.50.
For other EU countries, shipping costs start at €23.50.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Sheet materials can be quite heavy. We try to calculate shipping costs as fairly as possible based on weight.

We make packages up to 20 kg so that they are still easy to lift. Large orders are packed in multiple packages.

From 60kg we ship per pallet with a special carrier.

You choose collection when paying for your order.

As soon as a pick-up order is ready, you will receive an email, usually within 24 hours.

Which carrier will my package be shipped with?

Packages are transported by PostNL, outside of the Netherlands packages are delivered by partners of PostNL. Pallets are transported by other courier companies.

I need my order urgently, can it be shipped urgently?

No, urgent shipping is not possible.

We advise you to pick up your order. Pick-up orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
