Please note; The maximum thickness of this material that your laser can cut depends on your laser power. Thicker plates require more power!
LaserGrade Diode
This material is suitable for your diode laser!
Not all materials can be lasered with a diode laser, but this one can. We have extensively tested this material on our own diode lasers and found it to work great. LaserGrade diode wood gets a clean brown edge after lasering (instead of a black charred edge) and LaserGrade diode plastic gets a smooth kerf without burning.
Please note; The maximum thickness that your laser can cut depends on your laser power. Thicker sheet require more power!

Corrugated cardboard
Description
Affordable, light, and strong. This is brown corrugated cardboard with a so-called B-wave. In addition to classic applications such as packaging material, it is also suitable for economical prototyping and for making larger objects.
Characteristics
Corrugated cardboard is composed of a wavy middle layer, with a top and bottom layer of sturdy paper, known as the liner. The size of the wave determines the thickness of the sheet. The material is stiff in the direction of the channels and much weaker in the other direction. The brown corrugated cardboard types are made from up to 80% recycled paper.
Applications
Corrugated cardboard is ideal for prototypes and shape studies of both small and large objects. Interesting light applications can be created by using the channels. Some examples of applications:
