Characteristics
This black HDPE has good chemical resistance and does not absorb water. The black variant is weather resistant. The material feels slightly greasy and has good sliding properties and reasonable wear resistance. Due to its relatively low price, it is one of the most used plastics in the industry.
Applications
HDPE is widely used in the food industry, mechanical engineering and horticulture.
