Once we receive your order, we’ll get started right away. The material will be cut to size and securely packaged.

Your order will be shipped via parcel service and then handed over to your local postal provider. We ship within 2 working days. Delivery takes 1 day within the Netherlands and up to 5 days elsewhere in Europe. For packages over 67 kg, delivery will be arranged on a pallet, and we’ll contact you to confirm the details.

Orders over €100 are shipped for free within the Netherlands.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within three working days. Shipping to Belgium takes one extra day. For Germany and other EU countries, delivery may take up to seven days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on weight and start at €4.50 within the Netherlands. The maximum rate for pallet shipping is €49.00.

For Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg, shipping starts at €8.50.
For other EU countries, shipping starts at €18.50.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Sheet materials can be quite heavy, so we calculate shipping costs as fairly as possible based on weight. We pack orders in manageable parcels of up to 20 kg to keep them easy to lift. Larger orders are split into multiple packages. For shipments over 60 kg, we use pallet delivery with a specialized carrier.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order at Lasersheets Rotterdam. Simply select "Pick up in store" during checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email—usually within 24 hours.

Which carrier will my package be shipped with?

Packages are shipped via PostNL. Outside the Netherlands, deliveries are handled by PostNL’s partner couriers. Pallets are transported by separate courier companies.

I need my order urgently, can it be shipped urgently?

No, urgent shipping is not available. We recommend picking up your order instead. Pick-up orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
