Description
Characteristics
Polystyrene is soft and flexible and can be easily formed while hot. To a certain extent it can also be permanently cold formed, making it possible to make folded products with thin sheets.
Applications
Polystyrene is widely used in models and prototypes because of its low costs. Other examples include lampshades, stencils and advertising products.
