Not all materials can be laser cut with a diode laser, but this one can. We have extensively tested this material on our own diode lasers and approved it.
Please note; how thick your laser can cut this material depends on your laser power. Thicker sheets requires more power!
Sheets with real walnut veneer on both sides and an MDF core. Easy to use, strong, and decorative.
Note: this material used to be 4 mm thick and is now 4.2 mm thick.
Properties With the walnut MDF core, you bring a luxurious, dark wood type into your interior projects. The walnut veneer has a rich, deep color that requires little finishing to shine.
Applications These sheets are perfect for creating elegant furniture, stylish lamps, high-quality product displays, and refined packaging. They also provide a solid base for detailed architectural models and scale models.
Advantages of veneered MDF Veneered MDF combines the stability and consistency of MDF with the aesthetic benefits of real wood veneer. The material has a uniform thickness and is easy to cut with a laser, ensuring precise and detailed results. The walnut veneer adds an elegant, premium appearance to any project.
Engraving Line engravings on the walnut veneer are clear and high-contrast, making them stand out well. Surface engravings are possible, but can be more challenging due to the thin veneer layer.
