Want to get started with black MDF inexpensively? Then take advantage with this bundle. You'll be 40% off.
Please note that the color of this sheets varies from batch to batch between dark gray and black. There may also be small brown fibers in the wood.
The sheets are sawn to approximately 39x30 cm or 61x27 cm. The sawing margin on these sheets +/- 1 cm so the sheets are just slightly different from each other. You can order them in bundles of 10 sheets.
Black MDF is a thoroughly colored version of MDF, medium dense fiberboard. These sheets are 6 mm thick. Compared to normal (brown) MDF, this type is slightly stronger, has a slightly higher density (heavier) and can withstand moisture a little better.
For example, use it for laser cutting logos, artwork, lettering, enclosures, boxes, molds and much more.
Black MDF is good for laser cutting, although you will have to laser a little slower than with regular MDF. The edges may rub off slightly after cutting; you can remove this with a damp cloth. Of course, you can also saw and mill it.
