The sheets are cut to approx. 20 x 30 cm. The sheets may vary slightly in size. There are 5 sheets in a bundle.
Precision Acrylic is cast acrylic with a much lower thickness tolerance than normal acrylic. It is transparent and optically pure. It is produced in Europe under strict quality requirements. Precision Acrylic is supplied with protective film on both sides, as can also be seen in the photo.
Precision Acrylic is used for applications where thin, yet clear material is required. For example, in model building, lighting fixtures, optical filters, protective plates over instruments, medical equipment, etc. Precision Acrylic can be cut with CO2 lasers, but not with diode lasers.
